1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of our services at Alamaya Aesthetics Ltd. By booking an appointment or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Appointments
- Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure other clients are not inconvenienced. Full service charges will apply.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 10%.
3. Consultations
- Initial Consultation: A consultation is required for new clients to assess suitability for certain treatments. The consultation fee [if applicable] may be credited towards your first treatment.
- Medical Disclosure: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications during the consultation. Failure to do so may result in adverse reactions, for which we are not liable.
4. Payments
- Accepted Payments: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, mpesa. Payment is due at the time of service.
- Deposits: Some treatments may require a deposit, which will be applied towards the total cost. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. For products, refunds or exchanges are only available for unopened items returned within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.
5. Treatment Results
- Individual Results: Results may vary based on individual skin types, conditions, and adherence to post-treatment care. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
- Post-Treatment Care: Clients are responsible for following the post-treatment care instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect the results and can increase the risk of complications.
6. Liability
- Waiver: By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with aesthetic treatments. Alamaya Aesthetics Ltd and its staff are not liable for any adverse effects or complications that may arise from treatments.
- Insurance: We are insured by Intra Africa Insurance Agencies Ltd for your peace of mind. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal Information: We collect personal information to provide our services. This information is kept confidential and is only used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Marketing Communications: By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving promotional offers and updates from us. You can opt-out at any time.
8. Gift Certificates and Promotions
- Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are valid for 120 days from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotions: Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless otherwise stated. They are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
- Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future transactions.
10. Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
